Ms. Palmisiano has been a valuable contributor to a significant number of projects in the ten years since joinning FortyEighty Architecture. Her project experience includes office, medical, and religious facilities, as well as residential commissions. She is very skillful at balancing the aesthetic intent of the design with the pragmatic constraints of constructibility and budget, and relies upon this skill to work through issues to determine the most appropriate solutions for each project. Ms. Palmisiano has directed and coordinated several projects, from the development of the design, through preparation of construction documents and to administration of construction. Recently, she has been extensively involved in the design and construction of several medical facilities; each of these projects required a strong focus on complex technical coordination in order to reconcile the building design with its operational requirements.

Ms. Palmisiano has received praise from both clients and contractors regarding her ability to establish and maintain effective communications across the project team, which has resulted in her ability to consistently achieve successful project outcomes.
