Mr. Teufel is consistently recognized by FortyEighty Architecture’s clients for his ability to thoughtfully and effectively manage the collaborative process of design and construction on time and on budget. He embraces each project from programming and conceptual design through construction documents and bidding, and ultimately construction administration. Mr. Teufel continually strives to represent the client’s needs and concerns throughout all phases of the project.

As a registered architect, Mr. Teufel has worked on a variety of building types including educational, residential, health care facilities, and even specialized in library programming and design. He enjoys the challenge of renovations and adaptive re-use as well as new construction. He has particular interests in urban designs and campus planning which enable individual buildings and well-crafted spaces to recognize their context and build better communities.
