The objective of this project was to renovate the façade of the existing structure and integrate both floors of a two-level interior space, as well as to redesign the existing interior to triple the existing sales area for the purposes of expanding into men's and children's apparel categories. The Modern architectural vocabulary and simple clean lines on both the exterior and interior are consistent with the overall design philosophy of the client. The concrete and glass wall systems express the sophisticated quality of the store's products, and the extensive use of glass walls at the sales areas of both floors to encourages visual contact with pedestrians. The finish materials and color scheme used on the project are integrated with Benetton's merchandising fixture designs.
