The Club Café is a sophisticated nightclub providing exceptional food and drink service to its up-scale patrons. The club was conceived as an intimate atmosphere with "perpetual twilight" imagery, dubbed "The Jetsons meet the Lounge Lizards." Extensive exterior and interior renovations were undertaken on an existing (though defunct) jazz club to create a dynamic new entertainment and dining venue, with continuous walls of six-foot tall, upholstered banquettes enclose the lounge space to reinforce the rooms' intimate feel, while design elements constructed of steel and glass (bartop, projection screen/divider wall at entrance, bar shelves, etc.) make the space more transparent and visible, both from inside and out. The project also included planning for a future expansion of additional lounge and outdoor terrace spaces on the upper level of the building.
