The SouthSide Works is a mixed-use development encompassing over XX acres that has been created on the site of an abandoned steel mill. This building, the last component to be constructed on the site, is a three-story mixed-use building featuring retail spaces on the first floor with professional offices on the second and third floors.

The building facade is articulated to appear as a compilation of six smaller, individual structures, when in reality it is one complete structure with over 68,000 square feet of interior space. It is steel framed for economy and the exterior skin is primarily masonry and glass. Retail tenants in the building include clothing stores, a kitchen and cooking store, an outdoor recreation retailer, and restaurants.
