Phase I work included the development of the site infrastructure including roads, utilities and parking areas.  In addition the first prototypical classroom pavilion was built.  This efficient, dynamic classroom space can be either enclosed or nearly completely “outdoors” depending on the weather and season.  The structure was designed to provide modern classroom utilities in the natural landscape.  This unit touches the ground lightly and is to be re-located as a park pavilion as part of phase II.
