WYEP 91.3 FM is a member-supported FM radio station that prides itself in playing a diverse range of musical genres, whose slogan is "Where the Music Matters." As a means of reinforcing this philosophy, the station's music collection is positioned directly adjacent to the entrance, dramatizing the diverse selection of music and the progressive attitude that the station promotes. Inexpensive materials are applied with detailed accents to control cost and provide a casual, composed workspace. The Master Control Room/Air Studio, Production Studio, and Performance Studio are all sound-isolated and are located in a clustered arrangement directly adjacent to the Music Library. All required shelving systems, workstation components, sound abatement systems, mechanical systems, and lighting elements are detailed and expressed as design components.
