PlasmaCare is a national leader in collection of blood plasma for use in manufacturing pharmaceutical products. In anticipation of a major new facility development campaign, the development of a prototype design for new facilities was developed for implementation, a clear, well-ordered floor plan has been designed for these facilities to facilitate circulation by donors and center staff to ensure smooth operations. The facility's organizational strategy has been specifically established to maximize the efficiency of the staff's work patterns. The buildings are constructed utilizing a clear-span steel frame, and the building's exterior can be clad with various combinations brick, concrete masonry, and steel panel siding, along with aluminum windows and storefront entrance systems and single-ply roofing. A bright, pleasant color scheme is employed on the interior to make the space comfortable for donors. Site improvements, including a new parking area, exterior lighting, and landscaping are also provided for each location.
